Five Minute Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken cut into 8 pieces
    1 c. mayo
    1 can (4 oz.) button mushrooms
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
    Arrange the chicken pieces in baking dish; set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix together the mayo, soup, mushrooms, wine, garlic, parsley, curry powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, until done.
    Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
