Salmon Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can or 2 c. fresh cooked salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. mild salsa
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried cilantro
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove bones. Combine all ingredients.
    Spread 2 tablespoons mixture over each tortilla. Roll each up and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
    Slice each tortilla into bite size pieces.
