Coconut Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    60 Ritz crackers
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
Preparation
    Crumb the crackers and mix with the melted margarine.
    Set aside 1 cup. Soften ice cream until creamy and add milk and pudding mix.
    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers.
    Mix and pour mixture over the crackers.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Top with Cool Whip and the 1 cup crackers. Keep refrigerated.
