Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. grated pears
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and vegetable oil and beat well. Combine flour, soda, cloves, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Sift together.
Add to original mixture.
Fold in pears and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until done, about two hours.
