Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice (1/2 wild and 1/2 white)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
    1 1/2 soup cans milk
    1 large fryer, cut in serving pieces or breasts and thighs
Preparation
    Mix rice, soup and milk and put in a 3-quart casserole.
    Put chicken on top, skin down.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake, uncovered, at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Turn chicken once.
