Rocky Road Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c chocolate syrup
2 c whipping cream
1 c miniature marshmallows
1/2 c miniature chocolate chips
1/2 c chopped salted peanuts

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup. In a separate mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. Transfer to a freezer container. Freeze for 5 hours or more. To serve, remove from freezer 10 min before serving. Store in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
