Yams With Pineapple And Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    6 oz. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    6 oz. pineapple juice or water
    2 oz. butter or margarine
    5 oz. crushed pineapple
    5 oz. crushed pecans
Preparation
    Put raw yams in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle on brown sugar and nutmeg.
    Pour on pineapple juice or water.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0, depending on yams.
    Add crushed pineapple.
    Add pecans. Put back in oven to brown for 15 minutes.
