Crunchy Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 to 3 large carrots, sliced
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    2 onions, sliced and separated in rings
    2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
    Remove tough ends of leaves and stalks and wash broccoli thoroughly.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Wash cauliflower and remove green beans.
    Separate cauliflower into flowerets.
    Slice large flowerets into bite size pieces.
    Combine vegetables in large bowl.\tCombine remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Add mayonnaise mixture tossing well. Chill and serve.
