Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well-beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti; drain.
Stir in butter, then Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10-inch pie pan.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust. Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper together; drain.
Mix meat mixture with tomato sauce, paste and garlic.
Heat thoroughly, adding water if needed.
Turn meat mixture into crust.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
Makes 6 servings.
