Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni
    4 scallions, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    12 medium stuffed olives, sliced
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Cool.
    Add scallions, pepper and olives.
    Drain artichoke hearts and reserve marinade. Cut hearts in half and add to rice.
    Combine mayonnaise, marinade and curry powder.
    Mix well and add to rice.
    Store in refrigerator but tastes best at room temperature.
