Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. chopped pecans, divided
    1 Tbsp. garlic seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
    Add remaining ingredients, using 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Roll into 2 balls and roll each ball in remaining pecans. Store in plastic food wrap in refrigerator.
