Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water w/dash of salt
1/4 c. butter
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes

Preparation

In large 12-inch heavy skillet mix first 4 ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Add sweet potatoes.
Simmer, uncovered, basting frequently until syrup thickens and potatoes are glazed.
Serves 8.
