Mama'S Chocolate Icing(For Any 4-Layer Basic Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 full c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
dash of salt
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook until hot all ingredients, except the margarine and vanilla,
stirring constantly.
Continue cooking until it drops heavy and thick.
Add margarine and vanilla flavoring.
Cook some more.
Test by dropping a few drops on a saucer to check for spreading consistency.
Start spreading on layers.
It will gradually harden on layers as you spread it on.
