Cream Of Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. light cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook the spinach in the butter with the salt until slightly wilted.
    Sprinkle with the flour and add the milk and chicken broth; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Puree in a blender or put through a food mill.
    Heat with the cream, lemon juice and sugar.
    Add more salt if needed.
    Serves 4.
