Gingered Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ripe pears
    fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. Triple Sec
    crystallized ginger
Preparation
    Peel, core and cube pears and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Mix with sour cream, honey, liqueur and ginger.
    Serve chilled.
    Do not prepare more than 1 hour or 2
    in advance, as the pears will get too soft.
    Makes 6 servings.
