Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cut corn (1 1/2 doz. ears)
    1 qt. chopped cabbage
    1 c. chopped red pepper
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 c. water
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 to 2 c. sugar
Preparation
    To prepare corn, boil 5 minutes.
    Cut from cob.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
    Bring to boil.
    Pack in jars and process 15 minutes.
