Greek Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten with fork
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 chopped onion
    6 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, cooked and well-drained
    grated Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Toss Cheddar cheese, grated and some bread crumbs together. Sprinkle over casserole and bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
    Serves 6.
