Basic Nonfat Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. water
    1 c. nonfat milk
    1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
    2 egg whites
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; blend well.
    In saucepan, heat water, milk and Butter Buds until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add with egg to flour mixture.
    Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium.
    By hand, stir in 3 cups flour.
    Knead in 1 to 2 cups flour until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 to 60 minutes.
