Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 4 c. sliced squash (you can mix variaties)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. saltine crumbs
Preparation
    Cook the squash and onion in a small amount of water until tender.
    When done add the beaten egg, butter, salt and pepper. Turn into a greased casserole and spread cracker crumbs.
    Some shredded Cheddar cheese on top is a tasty addition.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
