Sweet Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. warm water
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar, let stand 5 minutes.
    Add the remaining sugar and all dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Stir in 3 cups flour, dough will be soft, let rise double in size and shape in balls and let rise again.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
