Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium yellow squash
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash (cut in 1/4-inch slices) in a small amount of boiling, salted water until tender.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add squash and eggs.
    Stir to mix.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
