Oven Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni long grain and wild rice pilaf
    4 bone-in chicken breast halves
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. chopped tomato or red bell pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In an 11 x 17-inch glass baking dish or a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine 1 1/4 cups water, rice and contents of seasoning packet; mix well.
    Place chicken over rice.
    Sprinkle evenly with thyme and garlic powder.
    Brush with margarine; sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with foil; bake for 45 minutes. Stir in tomato.
    Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is no longer pink inside.
