Michigan Baked Brook Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    trout
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Combine milk, salt and pepper.
    Wash and dry fish; cut into serving pieces.
    Dip in milk mixture and coat with crushed corn flakes.
    Arrange in single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking pan.
    Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
