Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients (flour, powdered sugar and butter) and pat into the bottom of an 8-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Next, beat eggs until fluffy.
Gradually add the rest of the ingredients.
Add rhubarb and pour over crust.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
