Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    1 c. water
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    4 T. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 t. baking soda
    2 t. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine margarine, water, Crisco and cocoa in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into mixing bowl. Mix in sugar and flour. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla, stir to combine. Pour batter into a greased and floured 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan or sheet cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Have icing ready to spread over cake while cake is hot.
