Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can water chestnuts
1 can (small) pimento, chopped
2 cans small sweet peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender. Add rest of ingredients, mix well and pour in buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
