Madeline'S Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. rice (long grain)
    2 cans Campbell's onion soup
    2 cans beef broth
    8 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add rice.
    Cook until tan.
    Stir and cook 6 to 10 minutes.
    Dump soup in and stir.
    Pour into 3 quart baking dish.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
