Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices cubed bread
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled and well drained
    a little thyme and parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together well the eggs and milk.
    Mix all ingredients together, put in casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
