Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels (remove wrappers)
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour half of cake in pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
