1 medium sized onion, chopped
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. oregano leaves or spice
1 green pepper, seeded and cut in thin slices
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced or chopped
1 red pepper, seeded, and cut in thin slices
