Cheddar Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced carrots
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender (crisp). Saute onion in butter. Add carrots and rest of ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
