Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
2 large cans skim evaporated milk
2 c. mashed peaches
Preparation

Mix sugar, apricot nectar, evaporated milk and peaches in mixing bowl.
Pour into freezer and finish filling with 1% or skim milk to make a gallon of ice cream.
