1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. sliced okra
1 c. chopped green tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. flour
cooking oil
Preparation

Dredge vegetables in flour.
Cook in fat over low to medium heat, until tender and lightly browned.
