Broccoli And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    16 oz. sour cream
    16 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Cover with water.
    Boil until tender. Leave water.
    Add broccoli, sour cream, Velveeta, butter, salt, pepper and garlic salt and stir until all is melted and broccoli is tender.
