Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 diced onion
garlic powder to taste
1 can Spanish rice
1 can Ranch Style beans
Preparation
-
Brown ground meat, onion and garlic until gray.
Drain.
Add other ingredients and simmer until real hot.
Pour in greased casserole and put grated cheese and Fritos on top.
Heat in oven until cheese melts.
