Kielbasa Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasa, cut in 8 pieces
    1 medium head cabbage, cut in wedges
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    4 medium carrots, peeled and cut in 2-inch pieces
    2 c. water
    2 c. beef broth (may use bouillon)
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Bake in a covered pan in a 370\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until veggies are tender.
