Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. spareribs
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. water
1 c. ketchup or barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut spareribs into serving pieces; brown slowly in two (10-inch) skillets.
Remove from skillets to a baking pan.
Pour fat from skillet, melt margarine in skillet.
Add onion, cook until brown.
Add water, ketchup or barbecue sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt and pepper; simmer 20 minutes.
Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour sauce over the ribs.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
