Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    dash of salt
    cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 green apple, grated
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Parboil rice.
    Drain.
    Add sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.
    Add raisins.
    Add milk.
    Mix again.
    Add apple. Beat eggs until light and pour over top; blend.
    Melt butter in bottom of casserole.
    Pour rice mixture into casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
