Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornmeal and flour.
Add eggs, lemon rind, butter, milk and lemon juice.
Beat until smooth and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
