Quick Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 defrosted ready-made pie shells
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl combine apples, cinnamon, flour, sugar and vanilla.
Mix well. Fill one of the ready-made pie shells with the apple mixture.
Take the other pie shell out of its tin and put it on top of the apple mixture.
Close the pie up by pressing your fork along the edge.
Poke a few holes in the top of the pie with your fork so that hot air can get out as it bakes.
Bake pie at 375\u00b0 for one hour or until crust is golden brown.
Cool and serve.
