Dutch Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Dutch cheese
    1 pkg. pie crust mix or homemade for 2-crust pie
    1 egg white
    salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Add cheese to pie crust mix.
    Prepare according to directions. Roll dough 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush with egg white; sprinkle with salt and nutmeg.
    Cut in strips 1/2 x 5-inches.
    Twist and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
