Easy Mint Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. boiling water
    10 regular size mint-flavored tea bags
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 qt. water
    2 c. pineapple juice
    1 (33.8 oz.) bottle ginger ale
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over tea bags, cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.
    Add sugar and lemon juice, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Stir in 3 quarts water, pineapple juice and ginger ale. Serve over ice.
    Yields about 1 1/2 gallons.
