Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    12 eggs (take out 6 whites)
    1 lb. butter
    approximately 3 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 3/4 yeast cake
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Warm milk and melt butter.
    Dissolve yeast in a little milk. Mix all and knead.
    Let rise.
    When doubled in bulk, knead down again and let rise.
    When done, cut bread to size and let rise in pans overnight.
    Place in oven (preheated to 400\u00b0), then lower to 200\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour, depending on size of bread.
