1 (3 lb.) chicken
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm herb season stuffing mix
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Reserve 2 cups chicken broth; set aside.
