Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. chopped broccoli or equivalent of fresh
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation

Make broccoli according to package directions; drain well and set aside.
Combine milk, 4 tablespoons butter and flour over low heat (will be thin).
Melt cheese into sauce.
Heat water until hot; melt 1 stick butter into it.
Add stuffing.
Turn off heat. Add celery and onion.
Layer broccoli, stuffing and sauce in greased casserole dish.
Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
