Blond Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. chocolate or butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Melt oleo and brown sugar over low heat.
    Add next 6 ingredients.
    (You may put chips on top or stir in.)
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
