Ingredients

1 chicken, cut in pieces or 6 breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. prepared mustard
4 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour sauce over chicken and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
