Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light molasses
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream together shortening and sugar. Add molasses and beaten eggs; stir until creamy.
    Add salt, baking soda and spices; stir.
    Add flour; stir.
    Roll cookies in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for about 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
