Saltimboca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked ham
    8 chicken cutlets
    8 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. medium cream
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 small cans button mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken breasts.
    Saute in 4 tablespoons butter.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Remove from skillet and place in greased casserole.
    Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in same skillet; blend in flour and slowly stir in wine and cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
    Add diced ham and mushrooms over chicken.
    Pour sauce over and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with rice.
