Lazy-Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. roast or stew beef
    carrots
    red potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place roast and vegetables in large casserole.
    Mix soups and water and pour over roast.
    Seal tightly with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Delicious!
